First week :)

Hallo :)
Heute hab ich nicht wirklich Lust, alles auf Englisch zu schreiben, also bleiben wir heute mal beim Deutsch :D!!
So, meine erste Woche als Aupair in Amerika ist nun rum und es kommt mir vor, als würde ich schon viel viel länger hier sein :O!
Meine Familie hat mich so herzlich aufgenommen, sodass an Heimweh oder sonstiges kein Gedanke verschwendet wurde ;)
Ich fühle mich schon richtig wohl und wenn ich dann gesundheitlich (bin leider immer noch am Husten :s) auf 100% bin, dann kann es richtig losgehen :)

Wie bereits erwähnt waren wir am Sonntag in der Mall und ich hab ordentlich eingekauft (Summer sale ♥)

 Der Seifenladen "Lush" (so hieß er glaube ich :D)   Ich bin ein Fan von dieses Seifen!!

 Summer sale -> ca 60€ für alles zusammen!!

Dann hab ich am Montag angefangen zu arbeiten (Beginn um 8 Uhr also völlig entspannt 8) )
Ich muss Justin zum Bus bringen und ihm einen kleinen Snack machen und mich dann um die Mädels 'kümmern' (wobei beide schon echt groß sind und viel wissen :))!

Ein richtig amerikanisches Frühstück - PAAAANCAAAAAAAAKES ♥♥

Die Woche war echt entspannt, leider konnten wir nur überwiegend zuhause bleiben und im Pool schwimmen, weil ich mir noch nicht sooo sicher bin im neuen Auto (Minivan und Automatik :o) und ich erst noch üben möchte, bevor ich mit den Kiddies fahre.
Trotzdem hatten wir viel Spaß im Pool und haben viel gemalt und Spiele gespielt - ich glaube das wird ein tolles Jahr :))


So ihr lieben, ich genieße jetzt weiterhin meinen freien Tag - die Sonne scheint und es ist ganz angenehm draußen (keine 38 Grad wie bei meiner Ankunft :D)!!

Americaaaaaaaaa

Hello there :)
I just arrived in America last week and stayed for the first 4 days in New York for an Au Pair Workshop (veeeery very boring!!).
During these 5 days I tried to saw New York, but I flew in not healthy and then the heat in New York .. Didn't work out so well, but I'm living near New York so I can visit it again any time :)
Nevertheless I saw the Central Park (A really huuuge parc) and the Empire Hotel ( as you know in Gossip Girl with Chuck Bass, Serena, Dan, Blair ....). It was very funny, because before my flight  I watched many episodes of Gossip Girl  with my mum ♥

At the workshop I met some really nice Au Pairs and I hope I'm going to see them again during my year :) These girls are from all over the world, like Finland, Mexico, Spain, China, France, Brasil, Denmark and of course Germany. I shared my room with a really nice spanish girl called Gemma. She survived the nights with my caugh, really cool :D

After the workshop I went with some other Au Pairs to the airport Newark where - some flew to their host families and the rest have been picked up by our new family.
I was picked up by my hostdad and we talked a looot during our drive home, but I really enjoyed this talk, he told me a lot about my new home and family :)

After a few minutes car driving I finally arrived my new home!! I was sooooo excited, I couldn't wait to go in and check everything :D :P

THE POOL ♥




The whole family was home and welcomed me very friendly :)
They showed me my room ( very cool, with  an own bathroom :) ) and I made myself comfortable by packing out. After this I gave my family my host presents and they were all smiling. I also brought some german gummibears (I'm really going to miss them :( ) and they loved it.





Yesterday I went on a boattrip (my hostdad has a boat) and it was very relaxing with the wind and the water at my face :D.

Today we went shopping to a mall - a big mall and I really enjoyed and shopped a lot :] (summer sale ♥♥)


All in all I LOVE my new home and family and I'm so ready for this year!!!! ♥

The last 5 days !!

HalliHallo,
I thought I can update my blog again before I'm going to start my adventure in the US.
But first of all:

I HAVE MY HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA ♥ !

So my next step is finally America :)
... And next Monday the journey is going to start, I still can not believe, it went so fast :O
Yesterday I hosted a little 'Goodbye-Party' with my friends and luckily the sun showed up (it was so hot) so we had the opportunity to sit outside. It was very nice and they all gave me some presents :)

So I think it's time. Time for a new adventure and for new experiences. I can't wait, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to miss everyone around me :( !!


I'll start in New York with a workshop and when I'm in my family I'm going to tell you what happend in New York :)
